1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all related 4svip policies unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager at 4svip, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account at 4svip, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 4svip does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21, regardless of the minimum gambling age in any applicable local jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and automated systems may not register as Players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 4svip or any of its affiliated game providers, where such activity would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be a self-excluded player — if you have previously requested self-exclusion from 4svip or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to register a new Account until the self-exclusion period has formally expired.

4svip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period requested by 4svip will result in Account suspension pending verification.

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on 4svip, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 4svip reserves the right to:

• Close all accounts associated with that individual without prior notice;
• Void all pending bets and active bonuses across the duplicate accounts;
• Withhold any balance held in duplicate accounts pending investigation;
• Permanently ban the individual from registering any future account on the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 4svip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 4svip support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Account for additional security.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4svip is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests, and reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account's lifecycle. Standard KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of Age: Any of the above identity documents confirming date of birth showing the player is aged 21 or older.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months and bearing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC to 4svip's satisfaction within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal access. In cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, the account may be suspended in its entirety pending further review.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

4svip supports the following Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method availability at the time of transaction:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 4svip does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5.2 Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 4svip does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All deposited funds must be your own — depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same Account. 4svip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and to require additional KYC documentation before releasing funds.

Typical processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 30–60 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB; next business day for requests submitted thereafter.

Processing times stated above are estimates. 4svip is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider, public holidays, system maintenance windows, or fraud screening procedures.

5.4 Currency & Minimum Withdrawal

All amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page. 4svip does not charge withdrawal fees, though receiving financial institutions may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

4svip may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before any associated funds can be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table game variants, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full details of game contribution rates are published on the promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

4svip actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; irregular betting patterns following a bonus activation; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and coordination with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 4svip reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings accrued as a result, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, and wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without compensation. Real Money Balance is not affected by bonus expiry.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4svip Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes in any betting market or casino game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point during your relationship with 4svip.
• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are a self-excluded player.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward 4svip staff or other players.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform software.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 4svip Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trade marks, service marks, audio, video, data, and text — is the exclusive property of 4svip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application;
• Use 4svip trade marks or branding in any manner without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 4svip intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may be subject to legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4svip expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4svip shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any game outcome or betting result;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 4svip's reasonable control.

Where 4svip's liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, 4svip's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy & Data

4svip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and security;
• KYC and age verification compliance;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering monitoring;
• Customer support and communications;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.

4svip does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. 11Responsible Gaming

4svip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. • Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Changes to increase a limit take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.

• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries of your net session result, displayed at intervals you define.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion from the Platform, effective immediately upon request via live chat. 4svip will not accept any request to lift a permanent self-exclusion.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 4svip support via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your designated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any active wagering obligations.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 4svip

4svip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• You are accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 4svip;
• A competent authority has instructed 4svip to restrict or close your Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held within the Account may be forfeited. 4svip will provide a written explanation via email within a reasonable timeframe where the closure is not related to an active fraud or legal investigation.

13Amendments

4svip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.1 above.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4svip is incorporated and licensed to operate, as communicated to players upon request.

In the event of any dispute between you and 4svip, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through 4svip's internal dispute resolution process. A formal complaint may be submitted via live chat or by email to [email protected]. 4svip commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a final written decision within 14 calendar days of receiving all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as notified by 4svip. 4svip's ADR obligations are governed by the terms of its international operating licence.
